Our Chinese Sencha is used in all our house blends and has a crisp earthy flavour. Delicious with some honey and lemon to soothe a sore throat.

Brew: Serve Hot. 1tsp per 250mls for 3-5 minutes @ 70◦C or off the boil
Serve: On it's own or with a squeeze of lemon and honey
Flavour: Light, crisp earthy flavour

Storage: Cool dark pantry in an airtight container or tin
